He is admitted to practice in Virginia, U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Virginia, and U.S. Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit. His areas of practice include automobile accidents and injuries, medical malpractice, premises liability, Federal Tort claims, wrongful death, landlord and tenant law, ip, wills, trusts, estate administration, estate litigation, divorce, separation agreements, spousal support, child support, and child custody.

Greg received his Juris Doctor degree from the T.C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond in 1989 and graduated cum laude from East Tennessee State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1986. He is a member of the Virginia State Bar, Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, Virginia Beach Bar Association, and Norfolk/Portsmouth Bar Association. He also served in the United States Army Reserve as an enlisted soldier, where he was an Honor Graduate of the Basic Training Cycle and was commissioned as a 2LT in May 1982. He has been a member of the American Legion since 2005.
