Wes Winsor is an accomplished attorney and the founder of Wealth and Estate Law Group, previously known as Wes Winsor Law. Growing up in Delta, Utah, Wes is the youngest of thirteen children. He moved with his family to St. George and graduated from Dixie High School in 2003. After serving in Fortaleza, Brazil, he earned his associate’s degree from Dixie State. Later, he graduated from Brigham Young University with a bachelor’s in Business, followed by law school at Faulkner University, Thomas Goode Jones School of Law, where he was an Eagle Scholarship recipient.

After law school, Wes briefly worked for Seegmiller Law before starting his own law firm, where he specializes in ip, succession planning, trusts, wills, advance health care directives, power of attorney, deeds, probate, guardianship, and conservatorship. He also serves business clients with contract matters, LLC’s, operating agreements, entity formation, partnership agreements, lease agreements, product liability waivers, service agreements, and negotiation of contract disputes.

Apart from his successful career, Wes is passionate about entrepreneurship, basketball, bargain shopping, longboarding, and spending time with his wife Lindsay and their four children. He is also a certified mediator and a member of the Southern Utah Bar Association, Southern Utah IP Council, and a youth sports coach. Additionally, he has coordinated the Dave Ramsey Financial Peace University program.

Wes is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese and is dedicated to helping his clients achieve their goals through his expertise in ip and business law. His professional and civic activities reflect his commitment to excellence and his desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others.
