Gabrielle D. Richards (Gabby) focuses her practice on guardianships, conservatorships, probate, trust and estate litigation, ip, landlord-tenant disputes, ejectments, protection orders and property issues. An experienced litigator, Gabby’s clients include individuals, professional fiduciaries and small businesses. Gabby represents clients throughout Oregon and Washington and also is experienced in alternative dispute resolution, having successfully concluded cases in mediation and arbitration.

Gabby began her legal career at Perkins Coie, a large and well-respected Seattle-based law firm, before forming Martin & Richards, PLLC. Prior to attending law school, Gabby enjoyed a career as an editor at one of the nation’s preeminent newspapers, The Washington Post, where she spent time in the Sports and National news sections.

Gabby is committed to pro bono work and frequently represents victims of domestic violence and seniors on a pro bono or “low bono” basis. Gabby has served on the Multnomah Bar Association Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Committee and on the Oregon State Bar Pro Bono Committee. She is the co-founder of the Cascadia Mobile Legal Clinic and is a committed advocate for people with disabilities.

Gabby enjoys traveling, reading and going on adventures to interesting places. She has volunteered more than 500 hours with Oregon State Parks. Her vision for Martin & Richards, PLLC is to provide exceptional legal services with a client-centric approach and innovative strategies.
