Firm Summary

Daniel graduated from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2015 in the top 10% of his class.  Since graduating, Daniel has dedicated his career to learning and honing his craft in the area of ip, probate, and elder law.  Daniel considers himself a “life-long learner” and can constantly be found with a book in his hands as he strives to consistently keep his knowledge fresh to assist his clients with the most relevant ip and elder law strategies to accomplish their goals.

Daniel had the unique opportunity to experience the judicial system from the other side of the bench before starting his focus on ip and elder law.  Before accepting his first position with a law firm, Daniel worked with a Judge from the Georgia Court of Appeals as a Staff Attorney Fellow.  Daniel applies this knowledge on a daily basis as he drafts documents for his clients, knowing the impact incorrectly drafted documents can have.

Prior to going to law school, Daniel earned his Bachelors of Arts in Business Management, and his Masters in Finance from Webster University, graduating with honors.  While attending undergraduate and graduate school, he worked full time for the Walt Disney Company as a leader at Walt Disney World.  These experiences shaped his analytical skills and allow him to approach ip and elder law cases from a different perspective.

Medicaid regulations are highly detailed and very tricky to understand.  Daniel is uniquely positioned to assist clients with this area of the law due to understanding of finance and numbers.  Many lawyers joke about the fact that we are attorneys, not accountants or mathematicians.  This is not something Daniel struggles with, and in fact, he enjoys putting his knowledge of finance and numbers to work for his clients. Outside of the office, Daniel is married to his wife and best friend, Abby.  Daniel and Abby have two young daughters and spend the vast majority of their free time trying to be intentional about making memories as a family or getting together with friends to play board games.  Daniel and his family are active members of the Coweta County community and are relatively new members of Trinity Church in Sharpsburg.
