Firm Summary
Jadinah Gustave is a devoted wife and mother who places God at the center of her life. Her trust in Him guides her as an accomplished attorney, author, and servant leader in her community.
Born and raised in Miami Fl., Jadinah found herself observing inside of courtrooms and watching high-profile court cases on TV at a young age. She saw the life-changing impact that attorneys made by simply speaking up for people. She aspired to have that power and use it for good.
After graduating from North Miami Senior High School’s International Baccalaureate program, Jadinah received a bachelor’s in arts from the University of South Florida. Intrigued by its biblical integrated curriculum, she studied law at the Regent School of Law in Virginia Beach, Va., “Where law is more than a profession. It’s a calling.” At Regent, Jadinah served as chair of the Black Law Students Association, an Executive Board member and competition team member of the Trial Advocacy Board, and a mentor and tutor to incarcerated youth in Norfolk, Va.
After earning her Juris Doctorate, Jadinah obtained legal experience through internships, externships, and employment with the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s office; the United States Attorney’s in Tampa; the Federal Trade Commission’s Division of Advertising Practices, and the Broward County State Attorney’s office.
Jadinah is presently the founding and managing attorney at The Sejour-Gustave Firm—an Aventura-based firm that specializes in family law, business law, and ip. In this role, she empowers her clients to interpret laws, understand procedures, and strategically use their stories to navigate difficult cases such as divorce and child custody. Her ultimate goal is cultivating peace of mind amidst challenging times.
Personally, Jadinah is intentional about preserving her marriage and being an active and attentive mother to her children. She also finds satisfaction in helping others, believing that God has called on her to serve. For Jadinah, every volunteer opportunity is a “kingdom agenda.” Her current community involvement includes serving as the Vice-President and Director of the Beautiful Beauties of Tomorrow, Inc. mentorship program and Chair of her church’s legal department and Leader of its Prestigious Ladies ministry.
Friends describe Jadinah as reliable and full of laughter. If you want to get on her good side, invite her to a dance party. She’s always down to bust a move.
