Ms. Pizzini also provides ip assistance, specifically the creation of wills and trusts, Durable Power of Attorney, Advanced Healthcare Directive, and Living Wills.

Ms. Pizzini has received additional training to serve as a court appointed Guardian ad Litem (GAL). America’s court system is the best in the world, but it can be intimidating and frightening for thousands of innocent children caught in the midst of legal battles over their future. The Attorneys that are representing children in court proceedings will face different, and often more difficult, challenges than attorneys representing adults. As a GAL, Linda assists the court by making recommendations as to the best interest of children. This is often done by meeting with the parents, grandparents, teachers, doctors and most importantly the children.
