Benjamin is a life-long resident of Broward County, graduating from Plantation High School. He received his Bachelor’s degree with honors and his Master’s degree from the University of Florida where he was a member of the Alpha Epsilon Pi Fraternity. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law, where he was a Dean’s Scholarship Recipient, and served as Chief Justice of the Student Bar Association Supreme Court.

When he is not passionately advocating for his clients, Benjamin serves his community as a former Board of Director for the Soref Jewish Community Center, the Chair of the Broward County Bar Association Goodwill Committee and he participates in numerous fundraising events for a variety of charity organizations.

Benjamin is licensed to practice in the State of Florida and in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
